I joined Walzel Properties team in August of 2014 when looking for an agency that mirrored the same values as mine. I found Walzel properties to be customer focused, professional and up to date with the technology and industry changes affecting the real estate market which directly impact the agents. They provide the support and freedom today’s agents need to provide our clients the best service we can in the real estate buying, selling, and either side of the leasing process.
I am a professional real estate agent specializing in helping buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords through the real estate process. I pull from my twenty plus years working with customers in the various jobs I've worked at to ensure a pleasant experience when delivering customer service while transacting real estate. My passion for real estate market in Houston and surrounding areas keeps me constantly studying trends to see where we are headed. I believe staying up to date on what is happening will help me bring the most value to my clients as this will aid me in choosing the best plan of action to take.
I am a native Texan and have been in the Houston and surrounding area for the past twenty plus years. I settled in the Katy / Cypress with my wife and three kids after getting married in 2006.
